1. Every purchase of P1,000,000 towards buying any real estate property anywhere in the Philippines through Zeitwert Inc as your real estate broker from June 1, 2016 to May 31, 2017, entitles you to get a raffle coupon to get a chance to be one (1) winner of cash prize of P3,000,000 (Three Million Philippine Pesos). The raffle is open to all consumers who are at least 18 years old. Corporations are not allowed to participate.
2. Valid transaction slip/charge slip must be:
a) Showing a minimum purchase of P1,000,000 within the Promotion Period from June 1, 2016 to May 31, 2017.
b) Reservation Agreement customer copy, showing Zeitwert Inc or its authorized affiliates as the broker.
c) Copy of official or provisional receipt of reservation payments or other payments made towards the purchase.
d) A valid government ID of the buyer.
e) An authorized representative may also present the valid transaction slip on behalf of the buyer provided that he/she presents a valid government ID of the representative along with authorization letter from the buyer.
3. Last day to redeem the raffle coupon is Friday June 9, 2017. Last day of submission of raffle coupon will be June 15,2017 5:00 PM.
4. Upon validation & verification by the redemption clerk, claim your corresponding raffle coupon/s and write your name, address, contact number and signature.
5. Drop your entries in the dropbox located beside the redemption booth located at 3705 Summit One Tower, 530 Shaw Blvd, Mandaluyong City, Philippines.
6. Zeitwert Inc, its affiliates, respective offices and employees, all real estate brokers, real estate agents and their relatives up to second degree of consanguinity or affinity are not qualified to join the promotion.
7. All buyers who have cancelled their purchase or have defaulted on contracted payments will be disqualified.

9. The raffle draw will be held in the presence of representative from DTI & Zeitwert Inc.
10. There will be only (1) one winner.
11. Winner will be notified by registered mail. Name of winner will also be posted through a print ad.
12. To claim the prize, winner must present the following at the Customer Service of Zeitwert, Inc located at 3705 Summit One Tower, 530 Shaw Blvd, Mandaluyong City, Philippines:
a) One (1) valid ID
b) Winner's notification letter sent via registered mail
c) Winning coupon
13. An authorized representative may also claim prize on behalf of the winner provided that he/she presents the following:
a) Representative's ID
b) Winner's valid ID
c) Winner's notification letter sent via registered mail
d) Winning coupon
e) Signed authorization letter
14. Prize is non transferable to others.
15. Winner will be subject to BIR Income Tax. On prizes exceeding P10,000 and other winnings paid to individuals 20% Tax will be withheld and remitted to BIR. The winner will shoulder the Tax.
16. Unclaimed prize after 60 days of notification will be reported to DTI and upon approval of DTI, shall be forfeited in favor of Zeitwert Inc.
17. Zeitwert Inc, its affiliates, respective offices and employees, all real estate brokers, real estate agents and their relatives up to second degree of consanguinity or affinity are not qualified to join the promotion.
